For smaller orders, we still offer affordable shipping options, ensuring that you always get your favorite styles delivered right to your doorstep. Our standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days, allowing you to receive your items promptly. If you're in a hurry, we also provide express delivery for a faster service, helping you get your hands on our exclusive designs even quicker.

Our commitment to swift and efficient service is reflected in our order processing time. We typically process orders within 2-3 business days, ensuring that they are dispatched quickly. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you an email notification containing all the important tracking details. This way, you can stay updated on the status of your package as it makes its way to you.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we’ve created a hassle-free return policy. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, provided they still have their original tags intact. Whether the product didn’t meet your expectations or you’ve had a change of heart, we’re happy to facilitate your return (except for items purchased during a sale). Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our criteria, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, though please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We also understand that sizing can be tricky, and that's why we offer size exchanges to make sure you find the perfect fit. If the size you ordered doesn’t feel right, simply reach out to us, and we’ll arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.

At Crosto, we take product quality seriously, but on rare occasions, you may receive a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we’re committed to making things right. Simply email us at crostoindia@gmail.com with your order details, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
